It is a Non Hardening (non Drying bedding sealant) mastic. Used on caravans, boats, trailers, motorhomes and a whole lot more for seams, joints, rails, mouldings etc
You wil find this used a lot on caravns and motorhomes for bedding a lot of window frames.
The date on the bottom of the tube is the date of manufacture Carafax IDL has a two year life span
