It is a modern rotary span lock from Oberholz.
This model is used on many of the Trigano group vehicles such as Caravelair, Challenger, Chausson, Autostar and Benimar plus Rapido amongst others, supplied here with the Zadi barrel and keys (I will insert the lock if required)
